a man proclaimed a kingdom in his home

and he remained an independent man

spent his entire life there all alone

he was a shah without any iran

he made his home his palace and his fortress

that was his choice and his prerogative

he never made a queen of any princess

and he enjoyed the way he chosed to live

the price he paid for freedom

maybe higher than what the common man´s

prepared to pay

empowered by the strength of his desire

he lived his life and lived it his own way

a man proclaimed a kingdom in his house

he lived a life of freedom till he died

and though this man was constantly aroused

he knew he´d fail no matter how he tried
