Schlomo and the Titans
Arthur Kemp's March of the Titans is much more than just a book
It's the master key to history for those who dare to look
Our Titans are the creatures of the marble and the light
And every place they marched to became cultured, rich and bright
In the East and ancient Egypt was their blood by darkness spoiled
And watching slyly from the shadows evil serpents schemed and coiled
In the North the glorious Titans took their greatness to new heights
And it was upon these treasures Old Man Schlomo set his sights
In his envy of the Titans said old Schlomo "Oy gevalt!"
"I will need to bring the march of these colossi to a halt"
He approached the Titans slowly in a humble merchant's shape
"You and I are not so different - we're the same species of ape!"
After infiltrating media, science, banks and government
Schlomo lied - and we believed - our race has guilt and must repent
"All the failures of the dark ones are your fault and you should pay"
"You must bring them to your lands until you're fewer there than they"
I do not know how this story ends or who will win the fight
Perhaps the West descends into our own Egyptian night
But maybe we will find the strength to rise and act like men
And proud bestride this narrow world colossal once again
