When summer is dying, let all that was go. Some people you meet will only linger a second, like the salt the ocean wind leaves on your cheek when autumn comes. Do not let them linger in your heart. Set them free and you will be free to wander your path in this little corner of the immense universe, on a planet smaller than a grain of sand in space and time.

You might feel small, thinking of this enormous space beyond your life here on Earth. But it puts things in perspective and you are like a piece of a jigsaw puzzle in place. You are not insignificant, but a part of all that is. Created from the explosion of massive stars are the calcium that builds your bones and the iron that flows through your veins. Let your mind and soul rest in the notion that you are a star child and your place is here.

Your own life journey continues and is meaningful. Life itself might seem meaningless, but it is instead valuable if you let it. Grow, learn, feel and reflect as much as you can. Do not fear existence. Dare to be yourself and to experience life. Do not be scared of rejection or conflict. Hurt is a part of life and you will recover. Do not be afraid of death. Death is inevitable and to fear it is pointless. No death, no life. Do not fear loneliness, even if it is painful to endure. Most lonely people fear closeness, so try to open your heart. Stay strong and alone until love will come. Surround yourself with loyal people who love you and let people who treat you badly go. Love unconditionally, but love and forgive those who have no place in your life as you distance yourself from them.

If you feel you have no home and no secure ground to stand on within, hand yourself over. The universe is your parent, your home and your safe haven when your personal life turns into a stormy sea. Sail on and you will come through.

You are a being created and nurtured by the universe and carried by its vast arms of stars. You can only control you and no other. Your own choices, the cause and effect that is connected to them and your own reactions and responses to what happens around you are possible for you to control. Other people and occurrences are not within your control so let go of worry. Choose to forgive and let go. Choose to love and rest safely in the hands of the universe.
