people will be people
with opinions of you
words can break down
a good soul, it's true

yesterday this happened
it pains me inside
to know that this man
felt it be safer to hide

to close his accounts
on social media down
shut your mouths, you haters -
get the hell out of town

we can all feel the love
that defines this boy
treat people with respect
- life is not a toy

when you people these awful
comments make
do you have no sympathy for the
innocent souls you break

this problem so wide-spread, it scares me
to think that you
can't see that good people's opinions, views, beliefs
are important to others too

this man of flesh and blood
with pure kindness in his heart
never will I understand the need
to tear good people apart

for whatever it is worth
you have a friend in me
and - looking at the comments -
you are Very Loved, you see

blessed are you with the
Good Lord's grace
hope to always see you with a
smile across your face

remember: you are precious,
good-hearted and kind
people just like you are the
best friends we can find
