DRAFT FOR AN AGREEMENT


The two parties have reached the following agreement for building a sustainable corporation by which they intend to be honorary bound

1. The objectives of the corporation are to give the two parties a feeling of harmony and security, and for the two parties to support and stimulate each other. The interaction between the two parties in the corporation should bring out and develop the best personal traits of each one of the two parties.

2. The corporation is a family with shared values and interests around the home and the inner circle, enforced by a network of relatives and friends.

3. The corporation is characterized by respect and compassion, trust and understanding, altruism and good faith, where word and action corresponds.

4. The party agrees to make a one hundred percent effort to work for the corporation with all the affection possible and all the feelings possible, without limiting oneself to the potential risk for a termination of the relationship. The corporation has first priority when the two parties are allocating their time and resources.

5. The party agrees to have a positive attitude towards the other. Words, statements and actions are interpreted in a positive way. The party will not compete with the other party.

6. The party will protect the corporation and show solidarity with the other party against third party. No third party shall be allowed into the corporation in any way, physically or mentally.

7. The party agrees to show the other party love and appreciation, to caress and care for the other party, to discover and experiment and to find joy in the closeness of the other party. Every day.

8. The party takes responsibility for the relationship, realizing it takes time to establish and energy to build. The party agrees to continuously work on the sustainability of the corporation.

9. The two parties will support and encourage each other in their respective fields of work and to allocate time and energy for this purpose.

10. The two parties share interests in one or more activities outside the home being it sport or cultural interests.

11. Should conflicts arise within the corporation; the two parties will solve the conflict by proposing ways to solve the conflict before accusing or attacking the other party.

12. Enclosure 1 covering the strategies of the corporation is an integrated part of this Agreement.

STRATEGIES
FOR THE CORPORATION



1. Division of Labour. Within the corporation the two parties share the responsibility for the day-to-day work like cooking, cleaning and laundry.

2. History. History is history and should be left as history. Energy and devotions should be directed to the shared future.

3. Economic community. The corporation is an economic community where economic resources form the basis for security, and independence.

4. Network. The corporation develops a network of contacts for work and pleasure through colleagues and friends, through cultural and physical activities.

5. Health and fitness. The two parties develop a healthy life style with regular exercise, healthy food, little alcohol and tobacco, with meals at fixed hours.

6. Intellectual stimulation. The two parties seek intellectual stimulation in work and books, in cultural activities, and in societies with some kind of intellectual challenge.

7. Life style. The two parties develop a life style based on liberal values with a proper ethic code.

8. Style. The two parties develop a proper esthetic code, a proper dress code, a proper table code and a proper code of communication.

9. The home. The home of the corporation is a meeting place for family and friends who should feel this is a quiet and relaxed place where they always feel welcome. However, the home is a home for the corporation and created for the two parties.

10. Social competence. The corporation develops a social competence to register other people’s feelings, to have compassion, to be able to have a close relationship with each other and also with family and friends, to the able to organize groups, to be able to negotiate, create social contacts, and to analyse social relations. To be easy going with a good sense of humour.

11. Active. The corporation is an active corporation and the two parties are active as well without any desire to retire. They will try to stay active during the entire life and stay alert and stay updated through lifetime learning.

12. Quality. The corporation seeks quality of life, in the relationship, in work and in the social network.

13. Independence. The corporation tries to avoid bindings in property and dependency. The two parties, as well as the corporation avoid debts.

14. Attraction. The two parties are and have been attracted to each other by the intellectual stimulation, the small talk, shared values and interests, respect, mutual benefits, physical attraction, and their ability to listen to each other.

15. Forgiveness. The two parties will forgive each other on a day to day basis all past injuries or injustice done, and will never bring up such injuries or injustice as a subject.
