today i left my window open and i let the clouds inside
they went in my ears and up in my mind
now when the weather is changes it also changes in my head
so i always check the weather before i get out of bed
somehow it’s easier to be told how i’m supposed to feel
this way no one can say that the storms in my mind aren’t real
