I wake up to a day with reverie

And let my mind wander to distant lands

Where I can see the wonders of the sea

And feel the warmth of sun on golden sands.

I dream of love and friendship, joy and peace

And all the things that make my heart rejoice

I imagine a world where troubles cease

And everyone can have a free choice.

I revel in the beauty of nature

And marvel at the harmony of life

I cherish every moment and creature

And hope to overcome any strife

I end my day with gratitude and grace
