so. odd. each time they were gonna fix the electricity here, i heard weird sounds. first i thought the sewage was broken. but as i listened more, it sounded like someone was using a heavy duty stapler. to like put up big electrical cords? but some week ago i heard it again, and the electricity wasnt off. and yesterday, at 2 at night, i heard it too. it seemed to be directly above me, on the second floor. and now it sounded like 3 g-thunks. it went on for like 20 mins. no idea what it is...
