I used to look down on Multi-Tasking. After I became vegetable man it is the only time I get anything done. And that almost always incorporates art. I started a new thing a few weeks back, writing med papper och penna och skissa saker! Great for getting down thoughts and feelings and Multi-Tasking if that is your thing. I had one psychologist tell me ‘’måste du gå upp i varv’’, that is the only time I get anything done! A little bit of this, a little bit of that.

And Coffee. My ADD medicine and concentration for writing and backgammon. I have barely had any today, though. I don’t know how to make regular Coffee, so I lean to snabb-Kaffe and it works well but tastes like shit! One day, I was like maybe I should clean the cup? I did, and it tasted better, but still tasted like shit. It is my upper to make me alert and normal but tastes like shit!

Mantra. Oh Mantra. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t. Or does it always work just takes time unless you die. Typical ones are ‘’Patience’’, ‘’< name >’’’ perhaps obsessed, ain’t nothing wrong with that; beautiful you should fall so hard for someone, and to love yourself before you can love anyone else like some people nag – ain’t how I function, now if I do that name in Mantra is to get rid of her, or just expect her comeback- impossible to do both at the same time. But sets me in a mind-set that I later will do both. That is two Mantras, a third would be ‘’like vulgar words about sex or just regular words about sex’’, MY LIBIDO is suppressed.
