just wouldn’t heal

and soon enough

he’s on the dope

but I know Simon:
tough and bold
that soul is old
he’ll kick it out

he found this chick
they're getting wed
they're having kids
they got a place,
a decent crib
I even moved
the furniture
it wouldn’t last
some demons
from the past
got unchained
and love was strained
they fell apart
it broke his heart
but I know Simon

and things got brighter
