a prerequisite for being a true artist is to realize, and be true to that..... the world is upside-down.
sounds simple enough? it ain't. and most people, inluding most artists are full of shit. that is to say, how many people actually talk, think, do, feel, and so as the world is upside-down?  extremely few. true artists have always been counter-culture. and as the non-artists abide to disobedience to their realization, artists, as commonly called, are usually hypocrites, bluffs, frauds, and so on.

it is a matter of morals, and what you do with it.
if you have a big heart and have good moral, you are probably cut out to be an artist.

we love our counter-culture musicians, whatever genre (if I was off the ''government-dope'' abilify I would probably have moved on to like classical music, but find myself engulfed in hippie music, and similar ...questioning of authority and structure of society, and the like).  and live like rats. or something. it's been the same through all times.

Shakespeare had to write to the nobility, as well, as appealing to the rowdy drunks; true art cuts through everything; and there, is, a universal truth; whether it be a feeling or thought; perhaps the conclusion-product is solely, one of those two, with that. ...Of course, beauty is objective. Scientists (warning!!!) have coupled truth and beauty, sure fine as this is turning to romantisized logic, though the author abstains from using the word ''logic'' for the most part.

...at about now the author feels that he may need to change the title (very seldom do) and re-read and see where this piece diverged; if it did; how, and ...possibly... adjust the title.  right now it reads, I was gonna try my chances at comedy, ''bathroom-selfies and other winner/loser singles jokes''. Alright I just added ''(Etc.)'' and that will do - non-misleading.
