this bright day will end in a dark night

as morning turned midday

midday will kill light away

evening will crush the world\'s blue into black

into submission and lack of control

mayhap sprinkles of light will enter through tiny holes in the sky

light starshine, starshine and moonlight as a velvet curtain

or just night, as it followed day like dark follows light

each day and each night since time began

and hopefully every grey day \'til time finally fade to black
