you'd see through this hypocritic con
You wouldn't be manoeuvred so easily
by sugarcubes and your refilled coffee

About the coffee you wouldn't care one bit
but to Jesus and the wounds you'd kept
You stood your ground on Golgotha's skull
and let the hypocrites have their cookies and lull

du genomskådade hycklarnas båg
Du lät dig inte luras så lätt
av en sockerbit och en kaffeskvätt

Du struntade blankt i kaffetåren
och höll dig blott till Jesus och såren
Du stod fast och stadigt på Golgata kulle
och lät hycklarna ha sin bakade bulle
