Leave Life to Sunrise
and meet Death
in the Moon shine
Watch the shadows
as they dance on the ground
There's a ship out there
that's starward bound
Until then,
walk among the tall
lodge pole pines
Looking for eternal wisdom
Looking for magical signs
It's found in the earth
It's found in the oceans
As long as your living
your Life is in motion
The afterlife is a comforting notion
for some
and karma is the path
that might lead you home
or perhaps to enter
Brahma's golden dome
Be loving to each other
Don't forget to be kind
Walk by the rushing river
Shower in the waterfalls of Cayuga
at midnight
and cleanse your weary mind
Remind yourself of the reasons
to live
Remind yourself to always give
Even if you have but a little
It's within your means
It's not charity you show
with such acts
It's justice you live
I might even call it a fact
Find a place beyond the middle
Maybe there you can claim
the meaning of life
the riddle of living
It dwells at the poles covered with ice
It dwells at homes in warm
