I've fallen again
Fell down in the arms of the wind
Like the leafs this fall
It's been cold lately
I didn't know what to do
Looked for answers outside of myself
Only to find myself lost in thought

But as you all know
I'll rise up
Always
And to be able to get back up I have to look at myself, for what I love
For what I need
For what I really stand for
And simply
Erase all of which
that doesn't bring me joy

That's where I have to start
I need to think of what makes me happy
So simple, yet so hard
Always
Re-programming your mind
Uplift yourself
Believe in yourself as sure as
you believe in that Spring will appear after winter
Because you know it will

Loving yourself over and over again
Pouring all that love into your being
And receive it like the force of nature embraces every minute of the presence of the sun
