we will be back in the high life again
wondering about steve winwood's words
''there must be somebody that is feeling for me''
is it a universal truth - that there is always someone feeling for you.
is he singing to the listener - to give them pep, motivation , think like that!
is it just a song . someone else probably wrote it . doesn't mean anything .
is it steve winwood pepping himself. no.
is it steve winwood thinking positive.
is it steve winwood sure there is someone out there feeling for him.
is steve winwood delusional, because there might not be somebody out there feeling for him?
there will never be no love at all -bob marley & the wailers
i am just writing, but someone (no play on words intended) might be wondering am i writing this to how it relates to my life, no actually not. but sure let's see do i think, know, believe, feel, want, wish, dream, conceive of someone feeling for me?
it sure as hell is not my mother.
it is not my father.
if steve winwood is right as in universal truth, which I don't know if he intended, i am at a split with this. bob marley & the wailers are right there will never be no love at all, now is it a universal truth, to my life then, that somebody must be feeling for me right now, fuck i can't think of anybody, so if i smile and laugh, i must be delusional, or giving myself love, which i am not; i do not believe in loving yourself; either i am delusional or somebody out there is feeling for me. or like they got feelings for me and just might be snug asleep now. so is steve winwood wildly delusional. consensus says yes, but taking a closer look, why the fuck did i put that title, *and I* am feeling for him now, but/and he recorded this in the '80s, so excluding some time travel component, steve winwood and i may be wildly delusional right now - because there is no assurance somebody was feeling for him when he wrote or sung that, and there is no assurance someone is, say awake, feeling for me right now. or is it just a song.
song is off the back in the high life steve winwood album.
