Whatever darkness is

today

it will be forgotten

you will drink

honey water

in silence….

I know, coz

I don’t want our hope

to spread to the four winds!

and

because

we are women and men

with rights to a good life

and

with obligations to be righteous and compassionate.

Our souls are here

on the Earth

only when our bodies are here - too

and

what happens before and after

is beyond the understanding

-who knows?

Love can explain

why we're here

we are asking
