eve was deceived
till she didn\' t believe
now we have to grieve
because eve was deceived
her disbelief
has caused us
so much grief
she was fooled
by the thief
who stole her belief
doubt was conceived
in the conscience of eve
now we all know
what poor eve
did achieve
eden was closed
she and adam
had to leave
what we believe
is what we will receive
what we perceive
is what we will believe
don\' t be naive
time can not be retrieved
pick the right fruit
not the wrong one
like eve
