Everyone is a universe
And sometimes we collide
We judge the others by the rules
that our world is run by
It fascinates and puzzles me
That most don’t seem to reflect
On the fact that we're all different
And how wonderful that is
The seven billion mental bubbles
We call humanity.

But some are more like black holes
With no shield for the crash
Naturally suck the others in
To study and analyze
My universe can be flexible
To an exhausting and draining degree
Struggling to find some proper balance
Between absorbing and integrity
I sometimes wish, because of this
That I too, was a solid square
That my identity was static
And my bubble bullet proof
That I would never have to question
What is me and what is you.
