He does not belong to the strictly
stereotypical character of a politician
in the position he holds as prime
minister,
so he who stands out from the crowd
and act as himself,spontaneous and
natural does not fit in a government
ruled by members of frozen intellect.
He is just a normal person and that
seems to be to much.
