Easy like piece of cake /Wellcome

Nässelsoppa recept från friluftfrämjande.



Plocka späda skott med sax och låt de sedan ligga en stund och torka så att de fäller taggarna lite. Rensa bort stjälkar så att bara bladen blir kvar.



1 liter soppa:

2 liter rensade nässelblad

Kokande saltat vatten

smör

vitlök

2 msk vetemjöl

1 liter vatten

2 grönsaksbuljongtärningar

salt

peppar

riven muskot



Koka bladen i lättsaltat vatten ca 5 minuter. Häll bort vattnet och finhacka nässlorna. Stek upp tillsammans med lite vitlök i smör. Strö över 2 msk vetemjöl (om ni är rädda för klumpar kan ni reda med toppredning istället). Tillsätt vatten, buljong, salt, peppar, muskot och grönsaksbuljongstärningar.

Koka 3-5 minuter.

(nässla är mycket lindrande ört tee invärtes och utvärtes om man Smäcker sig på inre lår om man har reumatism.
