When you go to extremes to be kind
While the lyes comes as thunder
Still not heard you even show some kind of

Prosperity agreeing

Yet your words are silently thrown in the trash
Then your proof is burnt until there is nothing but ash

 You know it ain't right

When the direction of conversation is changed When the discussion is ended and you are not heard or consoled with respect
Like you are a blank wall or a ghost, you think you are not there
When the other person doesn't acknowledge anything or gives two fucks to care

 You know it ain't right

When it ends with you instead having to explain whyYou are asking for answers and bothering to try, to ask in the first place for a change or reason
Instead you are forced to be complicit in their duplicity weird and treason
You yourself not understanding anything

 You know it ain't right

When eventually you help the other person to make you feel badYou become the worst enemy to yourself that you have ever known or had
You will find that everything often becomes  twisted and warped in your mind
Because stonewalling and gas lighting is always  planned, utilised and designed

 You know it ain't right

My advice,

kill the cognitive disonence and come back to what's real
Link together what's happening with what you experience and feel
Hold on to what you know and place responsability where it should be
Open your eyes and calmly observe and see
Come on you knew it wasnt right the way he treated you.
