Waiting for the ship

We sat on the shore,
watching the moon turn to blue
We heard sounds of those waves
from the ocean, surge against the pier

We were waiting for the ship,
that was going to take us from here.
No longer we...would be haunted by the fear

We've been awaked for days,
tried to hide us in the haze
Looked up at the stars,
try to see some hope in the sky above

I looked into your eyes
And what I saw was sorrow and pain
I gave you my coat, because saw the dark
clouds was on its way...

The pain in our bodies,
of a feeling by burning inside,
that was something, that we divide.
We had not been eaten for three days
It was hard to see you in your face

But when we suddenly looked out over the still water,
we could see a ship, across the border.
We heard the horn howl,
we ran to catch down to the dock.
Where our ship had arrived,
and we was crying because we had survived...
