A spiteful, legendary emperor
once a baby as any other
with a sister and a brother
a worthy boy to a worthy mother

Now so full of contempt and hatred
through the years his heart grew hard
dealt a true joker card
his soul became black and scarred

Murder in his mind as he approaches
but who is to blame
who bares the shame
who is responsible for what he became.

He will die an emperors death
his body will get stiff and cold
the killer be one so tough and bold
scavengers will steal all his gold.

What will be his legacy?
will it be one of might
or of fright
or a sense of wrong and right?
