Springtime is here.
The summer draws near.
The lilacs are blooming
So also the chestnuts.

There are many here among us
who need help.
But I can not help so much right now.

When I am stronger
--I can help.

But - what is important
is to be satisfied with yourself
To love yourself
just as you are
right here and now.

What is interesting
is the love and tenderness
you have received
and the solidarity
that is beautiful

I can not change the World
neither help everyone

But I can do one thing:
