the missing piece of a missing puzzle

lacking in all but the depiction of nothing

not even a simplistic pattern to show what should be

or what could be

if anything could be meant to be more

it's not the absence of, or even the want for more

but the lack of contours... depth...

it's always unclear

whether it's given, taken, enforced or cultivated

nothing envelopes like nothing

it suffocates and cloister the mind from any alternative

but it's addictive and it's easy

it's horrible and it's wonderful

it's life

without a need, or want

to actually live
