Everyone is searching, searching för salvation and freedom
Most people look for it in the light with faith and peace in their heart
Many belive in a god or many gods, a higher spirit or power
I find the truth in the dark, in my pain and suffering
My soul is filled with darkness, pain and evil
My heart is filled with suffering and is bleeding love

Some seek the truth in the flesh, others in the mind
Pleasures of the body and the mind gives me nothing
Pain of the body gives me nothing
The pain in my mind is consistent and eternal
But none of these things brings me closer to my salvation
Nothing will ever bring me to salvation and freedom

All I know is that my pain brings insight to myself
Knowlege is as said power, I have power over myself
My pain is truth, the evil I have inside is my own
I am damned to pain and loneliness throughout life
For I searched for the darkness and found it
I found it in myself, evil is always closer then you think
