The white birches dancing around me

whispering - soon I will be free...

Traveling with the hours - peacefully through the night 

I don't wanna sleep - don't wanna weep - now everything is alright...

You see in the night my soul ascends to heaven and rests

and I meet the loved ones - my life a perfect success...

Been walking through dark clouds all my life

I am so tired now - my body in decline - together with my darling wife...

I understand now - and have buried the word "WHY???" 

it took me so long to accept this - but now I can smile...up into the dark sky...
