Blood, red glitter in morning light,

the messy remains of yesterdays fight.

Lying in the mud weakly grabbing a knife.

a man, his eyes still reflecting life.

Soon enough his life will fade, the eyes close,

soul in silence, like a withering rose.



Closing slowly, bright like a star.

Newer close and never far.

Moving with angel-like grace.

Perfection in her pale face.

Beautiful thing, tears falling from your eyes.

That are shining from all unanswered whys.



Kneeling beside him, holding his head.

Her clothes becoming slowly red.

He is loving her for all his life.

Knowing what she feels, he picks up the knife.

Because for her they are just friends.

and were his love begins it ends.



She doesn't try to stop him, a silent farewell.

She is always a part of heaven, he's traveling to hell.

What else can you call it?

Love doesn't end, he couldn't quit.

Love is eternal to death do us part.

He found an exit with steel in his heart.



She could have held hes soul, all she had to do

was say three words, I love you.

But now it's to late, now and forever.

She cant reach him, not now, never.

Suddenly she realize what she have done.

And as he is dying, she turn and run.



She is running from a lie,

a lie so good that he had to die

to show her what was right.

He didn't have to die, didn't have to fight.

Love is easy, love is plain.

He left this world to ease the pain.
