A tribute to NASA:s ParkerSolarProbe mission to the vicinity of the Sun. This poem is what I call, "a Sonnet in progress", as I republish the poem when I have written a new stanza. Please, see note after the poem on NASA:s Parker Solar Probe.

Circle rounds (Now, with two stanzas.)

Each circle round it squares within itself
cocoons, equations all by shivers spun
weaved, into perennial equatorial shelves
lay bare, barely explicit puns.

Bundles bright contrive, all seem seam beams of light
conspire, in those mirror halls tiny mosaic bals.
Strings of shells preceive sway of ringing kites
scroll through facts in heap, transcribe, glints enchant.

-------------------------------

NASA:s Parker Solar Probe mission was launched
the 12 of September this year, "begining a revolution
in our understanding of the star that makes life on
Earth possible."; it will also enable us to "better
understand our universe." This poem is a tribute
to that mission.

Under its seven years journey towards the Sun,
the satellite will continually undertake scientific
operations. It will come as close as 3.8 million
miles, with the main object to study the Sun´s
corona, "which is more than 300 times hotter
than the Sun´s surface, thousands of miles
below..."

The scientists are also eager to find out what
"drives the supersonic solar wind"; material
emitted from the Sun that constantly
"blows through the entire solar system..."

And thirdly, "what accelerates solar energietic
particles,"; leaving the Sun, they are able to
reach "more than half the speed of light..."

Seven years from now, we might be able to
understand these intriguing phenomena,
fundamental to our existence here on Earth.

Intressant om denna forskning...jag tror att människan alltid har velat veta mer om allting...och nyfikenhet är ju bra...
