Here’s a short and whimsical poem to celebrate the arrival of Daylight Saving Time:
Change of meeting timeSpringtime’s Gift ?? In the quiet hours before dawn, When clocks conspire to play along, We turn the hands, we shift the light, And bid farewell to winter’s night. The sun awakens, stretching wide, Its golden rays now amplified, Across the land, a vibrant hue, As daylight dances, fresh and new. So set your clocks, embrace the day, For evening’s glow will gently sway, And in this hour, we find our rhyme, A brighter world, a sweeter time. ?? Remember to adjust your clocks and savor those extended evenings! ?????
***Change of meeting time This year, daylight savings time will begin on March 31, 2024. The clocks will be set forward 1 hour at 02:00 local time, which means we are going from winter time to summer time. This is also called "running forward" or "running forward". Sunrise and sunset will be about an hour later on March 31, 2024 compared to the day before, giving us more light in the evening ?? So be sure to set the clock and enjoy the brighter evenings!
