My head is filled

with thousands of thoughts,

hard to catch -

like the black bird

flies upon the sky,

trying to catch

the worms that he sees

on the ground -

above,

from the sky

A procedure repeated,

time after time -

like my thoughts

run away,

everytime

i try -

to catch them
