An Open Question To Any Who Might answer by M.A.Meddings

A significant number of members of Poetbay have expressed there disdain at the way the site has been abandoned in recent months.

Allegedly the previous creator of this site has surrendered editorial control such that it is to other parties

As a paying member about to renew his subscription, I would like to know that the site is in the custody of one who can answer the very legitimate questions posed in recent letters.

I make no judgement on the previous encumbent other than sorrow at the way he left us to flounder. He obviously has no doubt , legitimate reasons that prevent him paying attention to the site he so brilliantly created. I believe he should have told members in an open letter what was the score.

Nevertheless thats how it is and thats how it will remain Iguess

but can some one please enlighten us to

what the hell is going on. The truth of the matter would be so respectful to loyal members

Who has editorial control would be astart.

A very good question my friend , which I obviously doesn\'t have an answer to. I too am wondering about the poetbay and its future to be honest with you.... but I\'m also very aware of the fact that this site isn\'t being taken care of the way the members would like it to be so I\'m not surprised over the lack of response you\'re getting. I\'ve kind of given up... I like to have a place to put my writes and that\'s it. All the fancy-smancy-features ...well... what can I say?

Great write here though since you\'re bringing up a lot of important questions.
