to ones hand
when effort lies before you;

then suddenly ability exists
to bare

what survival instincts in defense
ignored
for you.


When the past is wiped out
- slate clean
and polished shining -
with no spots on its' surface;

when it is made ready for new
proper marks

forgiveness comes in handy
to make memories of larger space

fill up your new beginning
feed your empty plate.


For

nothing

is so frightening


we know nohting of it.


Perhaps that is all reasons why
we even, even our defenses down
and allow

forgiveness

in whatever shape it may appear
to arrive.
