BÄNKEN 11(samling)

Galway

In Shop Street are many musicians
Playing for their daily food
People are passing on their way
giving money if they´re in the mood
The street musician do work
but mostly he plays and exercise
Of course he also perform
and even meditate
Meeting occasionally som friends
he´s not seen for years
He´s a public man!

Hey there! I´m an outdoor man
I´ve always been an outsider
I´m a communist fan
But my perspectives are...

I´m a very ordinary man
Not a superindividualist!
I was born a common middleclass man
And I say: I love the surrealists!

I´m a man loving women
Always whisteling when I see them
I´m a common swedish man

I hear a seagull
drowning in the blue
I catch two brown eyes
Burning me soul to soil
Smelling the deepness of the sea
all over my body

I´m in a lonely journey
Trying to avoid the longing
for friends and home
Being nobody
And a part of everyone

I must confess: It takes some drugs
To loose control whithout loosing it
Walking along the edge
of shared human being
Without falling down

The Corrib is still entering the sea
Backpackers walking up and down
the streets looking for something
A girl with signal red trousers
asks me to think Yes or No

Am I on the run from myself
Or the opposite
Who am I
