When the blue comes up on you
Close your eyes and spin the wheel

That which first comes to your mind
write it down and set it free

When you hold on to the pain
your body hurts
When your mind is cluttered
and your heart aching

Remember you are always in the making
in the making of your life

So choose your thoughts wisely
and remember the power of your words

Keep your faith solid
and make no compromises

Cause when it comes to your hearts desire
there's no room for lying

Don't fool yourself
or let the world make you believe
anything that does not resonate with your dreams

Cause only you know where to go
even when it seems as though
the wilderness is raw and rough
