When I look
outside my
window

I realize
it's wintertime

when snowmen
comes alive
and dance
around

but when
the days
gets warmer

they all melt
away

as does my
winter days
and all the
cold nights

when the
scenery
gets bright
and golden
the greenery
is on the way
from a time
I had almost
forgotten
a time that
once passed
by

I take my coat
off and put on
the light shoes
welcoming the
season of my
favorites

springtime

and play
out in the fields
down by the lake

You are so pretty
in your gown of
fresh leafs and
newly sprung
flowers
