leaking through the cracks

dripping in the pipes

tumble dryer is tumbling, throughout the night

the cold is staying in, the heat is flowing out

here I am, trying to figure what it's all about

far away from home, as far as I can go

at least in a matter of distance, geographically you know

so where is my mind, if not in the past and what yet has not been

so hard to find the now, the very moment I'm always in
