Lulled, abides, as encampers often are

about theirs and shields

through life worth living by heart

thus came the night

Early the hour which in light has ground

a rainbow planted in the Oats

hands through the corn makes my strength abound

as well as by daylight

becalming hummings by the heart have placed

a tone which's receiving beyond

nothing is by hearing said

but the beating that goes on

and the days that moves on
