they used to sit at tea and look at the tarts

the local gentry with their handymen and their maids
did some pretty crafty work in the last century's first decade

now the decadent Tarts of England are marrying very rich
though the Ladies of England calls each one of them a tarty little bitch

The Ladies of England are now free in their vast castles
to use as they please it's whips and chains and old shackles

as a vast majority of their Old Gentlemen ball&chain husbands
are into marriage No.3 with some debutant; yes, even their butlers

the witty nobilities' childhood-dreams have come very far
'cause the Ladies of England have begotten all the yummy jam tarts
