Green glows the grass
through my shiny windows
Only thin streaks of snow
small white spots here and there

Still lies the water, ice-free mirror
And now the dance of the snowflakes
in indigo January night cold
has turned into clear glass raindrops on my pane

The sky grey of clouds that appears to float upwards
I think they will draw away and slowly dissolve
Maybe it will be no more snow ..
within the next days

Blue now, through tears in the sky veils, discerns
I'm waiting for sun, warm and golden, again to behold
In which case,
Now it is getting brighter, that is really so nice to know
