If I am to live
I want my life
to be closer to life.
Not to chase some
lies like most other
people.
I want to see the day
go from morning's dawn
to nightfall, I want to see
the small lives strives
and the birds play,
I want to see the clouds,
and I want to see the sun's
different shapes.
I want to roam around in
my own thoughts and see
life's eternal aspirations,
I want to partake in
that aspiration as the
insignificant but
unique life that I am.
I want to see love,
I want to find love,
and I want to appreciate
each season and be happy
with the simple
but oh so great
that exists along my path.
